Is there an issue with my usb humidy and temperature sensor?

I have two sensors and eventually one will stop reporting and I have to restart my sensorserv service to get it working again. Even though I have to restart sensorserv, it may not be an issue with that specific software. When I open edgeport utility it appears one of the sensors is grey and one is blue. What does this color scheme mean if anything? Here is a screenshot:

Grey means Plug & Play is enabled and blue means Plug & Play is disabled.

This setting is controlled via the Port Flags button, and it really more applicable to Edgeports than Watchport USB sensors (which use the Edgeport driver).

Because both sensors are listed in the Edgeport Configuration Utility, I don't think it's related to this issue, but it can't hurt to change the Plug & Play setting of the problematic unit to match the one that's working, to see if that helps.
