Issues with DIGI Connect Wan3G. Issue with updating firmware

Initial issue around losing signal then not rebooting/reconnecting.
Additional issue updating firmware(currently 2.13.0.10) but was unsuccessful. Error "Unable to update firmware: image does not support this hardware".
Very basic user

Unfortunately, Digi is experiencing some technical issues with the KB and case management systems right now.  It should be corrected very soon.  Sorry about that!
