how to send data only to some routers

hello, I want to know how can I configure the end-device in such a way that only should send messages to the routers and not to other end-device

I found the solution! use as DL = FFFC, and i set also the number of broadcast hops..

i have XB24CZ7PISB003 PCB programmable ( I still have to find the usb adapter suitable for this pcb).

instead,a router can then send the received packet to the coordinator having memorized the end-device address and also the data?
