You should try factory reset:

If this recovers the unit, make sure you are running the latest firmware and driver available from Digi's support site: http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=4680
If the unit does not recover, you should reach out to
Digi Tech. Support to look into possible (warranty) repair.
