Yes, you can if you connect it to a spectrum analyzer.

thank you for your response please what's the pin i must connect and have an idea if can obtain the spectrum in simulation like matlab or proteus ??
You are not going to do this via a Pin. You need to connect the radios antenna port to a physical spectrum analyzer.
