code error 10 while updating driver from cdm

while connecting xbee explorer to the system there is a yellow mark showing usb serial when i update its driver from cdm its gives code error 10 , what is the possible solution for it.

that is not a problem with X bee module please check drivers on PC.
for that you need to update the uart to usb drivers

yes the issue is resolved by updating the driver for the chip mention on the explorer board
