You are going to need to try to use the recovery function of XCTU. If that does not work, there is nothing else you can do except contact Digi for an RMA only if the module is under warranty.

Actually my mistakenly i update the wrong firmware and after that i faced this problem...if you know any solution please let me inform

Try using the XBee recovery function in XCTU to load the proper firmware on the radio. Make sure you do this using a board that has the DTR and RTS lines connected or it may not work.
