I lose connection with my Connectport X4

I have a ConnectPort X4 added to Digi Device Cloud and it appears as unknown. I turned it off and I have started again. Then it appears in Digi Device Cloud with all its data, but two days later reappears as unknown.
I have several ZigBee nodes send frames through the ConnectPort X4 and they have not stopped working all the time, so I think it is no problem 3G coverage.

What could be the problem?

DNS is the main issue we see. That or it is pointing to the wrong location. We have changed domain names recently so make sure it is pointing at my.devicecloud.com
