Issue with serial ports no longer displaying output

I am using a ConnectPort LTS 16

All 16 port are configured as raw serial. We’ve had some issues lately where a client might not disconnect from the port (or other problems occur), and all subsequent connection attempts succeed, but we don’t see any console output once that happens. This has occurred on up to 8 ports simultaneously. Has any else experienced this ?

You might want to try configuring the serial setting to allow multiple connections on the serial port to see if it resolves this behavior (in the even there is a connection already established).

When the port profile is set to TCP Sockets, you can enable this under the Port profile settings:

TCP Server Settings
_ Allow multiple connections
