Is there any range problem for zigbee PRO S2C within 100 mtr?

I have used Zigbee PRO S2C for 1 master and 4 slaves.But there is problem in communication.All slaves becomes hang that is slaves doesn't get signal from master.Frequency of doesn't getting signal is 4 to 5 times in each half hour.Is there any range problem for zigbee PRO S2C within 100 mtrs???

We have installed the above zigbee unit outdoor on site in MS make polycarbonate housing.Is there any problem in using MS make polycarbonate housing???

I don't think that is a range issue. It is more of a simple communications issues. That is some data has dropped for what ever reason. That could be as simple as a person standing between them blocking the signal (week to begin with) to a car, truck or semi blocking the signal.

No, a plastic housing will not affect the RF signal. But metal will.
