Hi how can I configure 1 coordinator and 11 end devices? What should be the DL DH values? Messages send in one way tx to rxs (broadcast) can they work arduino serial comm?

For the Coordinator, you send to the default broadcast address of 0xFFFF. As for the end devices, you set their DL and DH to the Coordinators SL and SH.
Sure just make sure you use the proper adapter boards and apps.

cant find broadcast adress section. did you mean 16bit source adress? Should I flash wih 802.15.4 or zigbee
