XCTU problem

That this error on XCTU means when I look for a XBEE module : "Could not find any device in port COM16 > Error initializing XBee device parameters > Connection timeout. > Could not read Hardware and Firmware versions."

What that error means is that the XCTU software was unable to talk with any XBee radios connected to COM 16 with the selected values.
