My Digi ConnectPort X2 always shows up as "disconnected" on device cloud, any help ?

I connected it, logged into my device cloud account, and entered the MAC address, but the device continued to show as "disconnected".

Does your X2 have a direct connection to the internet? Have you set your IP addressing on the X2? If so, did you set a default gateway address?
