We can't find XBEE radio connected to XCTU software when we search in the search devices menu, We read it in a blog that if xbee goes into sleep mode this happens, so how to rectify this issue? Expecting an early reply

The support forum is a place for Customers helping customers and is not monitored by Digi support.
You generally would need to use hardware flow control and have the lines connected from the PC to the radio via the dev board or other board you have the Xbee connected to. You also may need the reset line connected so you can reset the module.
