How to connect a Watchport/W sensor to a XBee RS-232 Adapter?

I would like to connect a Watchport/W (70002336) sensor to a XBee RS-232 Adapter (XA-Z14-CS2PH-W). I have a RJ45 to DB-9 adapter of the appropriate gender but lack a pinout for the RJ45 connector from the sensor. Where to find this? There are several Digi documents that reference RJ45-RS-232 cables for use, for example, with Cisco printers. Additionally, there is the RS-232D standard that specifies this interconnection, but I would like to get a definitive pinout for the RJ45 cable from the Watchport/W.

Can anyone help me with this question?

You can't. The Watch port is NOT a serial connection. It is a one wire connection.

Will it work with a XBee Sensor Adapter?
