Radios working with 7 data bits.

Hi, which radios works with 7 data bits. I'm working with s2C, S2b and s3b, but those radios doesn't have this feature, and I can't change it. Or how can I change to 7 data bits?
Thanks.

The last of the products that supported this was the old 9xtend. The revision B version does not support this.
