WR44 with MC7354 module, need to disable 700 MHz band... How do I do that?

Band 4 1700/2100 provides better internet connection, radio will choose 700 MHz band as it has a stronger signal. Would like to disable the 700 MHz band by command but have had zero results using "modemcc AT!Band command. Need help or suggestions as what to try or proper command to send.

found the issue command password was not working.
using correct command password resolved issue.
Created band set:
AT!BAND=0A,”NO700LTE”,0000000000000000,000000000000001A
Then select band set:
AT!BAND=0A
