I fragment the packages from the c ++ code?

I have an Xbee PRO S3B module, of the XBP9B-DMST-002 family. I want to send larger data to the NP parameter which is 100 bytes since this is the maximum packets payload bytes that it allows me.

can I modify this parameter from XCTU? Do you have to see the model, family and firmware version? or should I fragment the packages from the c ++ code?

Since I need to send 163 bytes of payload in API mode. I would greatly appreciate your help, as they are new to the subject.
