Why does the baud rate change from its preestablished value?

When viewing the TCP port sockets we see that it returns to its default values rather than accepting our values. We program it with its corresponding values but during the day it changes to its defaults.

You may need to change the serial settings from "Shared" to "exclusive". Shared allows windows to modify baud rate. From my experience.
