Is it safe to locate components directly underneath a RCM67xx?

Re: RCM6750 and 6710

Can 74LVCxx compatible component devices such as SPI Flash, hex schmitt trigger inverters, UARTS with its external crystal be located directly under the the RCM module without electrical intereferance concerns? These devices would be located on a 4 layer PCB and in between the SMT Mini PCIe 52 pin connector and the SMT Latching Clip. Generally, designs do not seem to locate components there.
Thank You

See page 47 of the User Guide (https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/Digidocs/pdfs/90001191.pdf) for details of the exclusion zone for your design.
