Could you please provide some context? Is this a new installation of the Neo driver, or are you attempting to upgrade an a existing version of the Neo driver (if so, from what version)?

Exactly what command(s) are you issuing?

I am trying to do first install of cards. Downloaded the 4002369_F driver and get the header error .

The kernel libraries including headers is a dependency on the driver. This link shows all dependencies needed for the Neo driver:
