Is there a way to block specific cell towers by cell Identifier (ci) on a WR31-L5

On a WR31-L5 is there a way to block specific cell towers by cell Identifier (ci), the ci is shown in Management - Network Status > Interfaces > Mobile under "Mobile Information"

I would like to block ci: 015F0303 to connect to ci: 015ED703 which is another local tower with better bandwidth (speed), 015F0303 has more users commonly and other tower is preferred as it has far less users connected.

Hi

I dont think this is possible as it is normally the network that stears you to the actual tower to connect to not the router
