where is the pycharm plugin

I'm using pycharm professional 2019.2 and xbee is not in the plugins marketplace. If I download and try to install from file, I get an error saying that the plugin is not compatible.

just go in pycharm, file -> settings -> plugins and type 'xbee micropython'
