XBee 3's Backordered Shipping Problems?

Question

I'm wondering if the XBee 3 will always be difficult to order or is there a temporary hiccup in the supply chain somewhere? I feel like I may have to order many more U.FL and RP-SMA units than I need at a given time.
Can anyone from Digi make me feel better about not running out of these in the future? I don't want to roll out my products if I can't fill the orders.
