DIGI gateway Connectport X4 keeps rebooting/loses network connection

0 votes
Hello,

We have a custom designed Connectport X4 that keeps rebooting (I think).
I try to connect via UTP, I manage to pass the credentials, maybe even get to one of the menus, but then I lose the connection, the network card says the cable is unplugged, it's plugged again in 2 seconds, then everything stars again.

I tried factory reset ( power-on with reset button pushed for 30 seconds, with the 1-5-1 and 1-1-1 led-cycles), but no difference.

I managed once to get to the log page and got this :

Hi and welcome to Digi Forums.

If the unit is showing this behavior on Ethernet as well, there is likely an issue with it and it might require an RMA.

I would suggest to get in touch with our support team to further troubleshoot this issue via mail at tech.support@digi.com

Thank you

Regards
