XCTUcmd does nothing when invoked from command line

0 votes
When invoked from the command line with any of the parameters described in this guide:

https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90001458-13/concept/c_perform_tasks_by_command_line.htm?TocPath=Use%20the%20XCTU%20command%20line|_____0

the command-line tool does nothing. No indication of any action.

Does XCTUcmd work properly?

Mgulsoy,

What version of XCTU are you working with and what directory are you working from?

Yes that version works on my PC with the CLI interface.  What commands are you trying to issue?
I have tried every possible command listed in the Digi documentation including the command "--help".
If that is the case, then it is time to create a case with Digi Support by sending an email to tech.support@digi.com
Ok. Thank you.
