1. When you login to your account, a popup should open allowing you to purchase a licence or contact our sales team. Have you seen this window open?
2. Depending on the type or product you have and your use case, the Enterprise license will allow for all the available features that you have been able to use on the Trial account (health, profile manager, reports, APIs etc)
The Basic version, will allow you manage your devices, view their configuration, update firmware and configuration and have basic alarms.
