Did you switch the remote management from Digi aView to Digi Remote Manager?
It could be that it is still connecting to Digi aView instead of Digi Remote Manager. If you are unsure, please submit a new case to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check for you. All you need to do is supply the MAC addresses of your 2x 6310-DXs.
