XR11 XT no service

Hi All,

Trying to get a XR11 to service a client, but the device indicates 'no service' (amber LED). I have verified the SIM, it works in an old cellphone.

modemstat ? generates the below output:

checking back after a software update (wr11-8.0.0.3.zip). New output from command follows below. No change in behavior. Device doesn't report an IP from the cell-network and no internet connectivity.
