Realport group configuration grayed out?

Hi ,
I have installed in one of our customers anywhereusb 5
My problem is that i cant configure usb group so i can didvid the usb Ports between 2 virtual servers windows 2008 sp2 32bit .
The driver installed successfully but all i see is group1 grayed out in the webui and i cant change it ?
I have 2 usb devices in port 1 and 2 for server 1 , and i need port 3+4 to server 2 .

Hi and Welcome to Digi Forums.

Your description of the issue is likely due to the hardware being an AnywhereUSB/5 which is not a multi-host version and therefore does not support groups.

The group feature is only available on the AnywhereUSB/5MHC and/or our new family of AnywhereUSB Plus devices
