XBee Series 2 Multicast Network

Hello All,

Has anyone successfully gotten a multicast network setup with the Xbee Series 2 modules?

Based on the user manual, a multicast network is configured using the "binding table". However, the manual seems vague on the details and I am having some difficulty.

Just wondering if anyone has any pointers or can direct me to more documentation.

FYI: Multicast networks are not possible with the S2 modules.

Below is the response I received from Digi tech support.

"Thank you for contacting Digi. After discussing these features with our firmware engineers, due to the very limited possible applications for this feature as well as the relative complexity of it, this option has been removed from the next version of the firmware."
