digitransport WR11 don't recover LTE connection, have to reboot

+1 vote
Hi,
We have a DigiTransport WR11 that has this problem: more or less once a day lose the cellular connection, it doesn't resume it until someone go there and reboot it. Since it's a remote installation to gather data from sensors, it's a big problem. It is specified to reboot after 10 minutes if connection drops, but don't seem to do that. This is an event log of today activity.. any hints? The latest firmware is installed.

Hi and welcome to Digi Forum!

Basing on the logs is a bit hard to identify what is causing the issue. We would need to see the complete configuration, modem model and firmware, etc.

The best in order to troubleshoot this kind of issues is to send an email to tech.support@digi.com including a complete debug.txt file taken when the issue occurs (ideal would be taken locally before performing the reboot).

The debug can be collected following instructions here:https://www.digi.com/support/knowledge-base/how-to-extract-the-debug-txt-file-from-a-digi-tran.

Thanks!
