Can you interface with a Sengled door sensor using the XBee3 as a coordinator?

I was able to find the sengled door sensor in XCTU, but every time I click on it it says could not initialize device and I've tried changing the profile as stated on digi webpage using HA profile but it is unsuccessful. Is a door sensor that uses zigbee like the sengled door sensor something that can be interfaced with the xbee3? The goal is to send whether a door is open to an arduino.

The XCTU software is only designed to allow you to modify/upload firmware to Digi XBee products. XCTU will allow you to see that the device has associated but it is not going to be able to read its firmware or make changes to that firmware as it is NOT a Digi product.
