Can you reboot a PortServer TS from command line?

Is it possible to reboot a Port server from command line. I'm currently using two port servers as a serial tunnel using tcp mode. This works just fine on a lan but I'm having issues through a managed switch. It works but it will eventually lose connection. Rebooting the client device restores functionality. The server always appears to be working (confirmed via putty) its only the client device that needs rebooted. I would like to automate the rebooting of this device by executing a batch file on the DCS system. Is this possible?

The addp utility can reboot Portserver by MAC address. Digi has an executable, a java version, and there are a few independents that have made addp programs.
