I have four devices. Three devices have same net id and one of them have different net id. I want these xbees communicate each other. how is it possible?

Network A(NETID=1)

Device-1
Device-3
Device-4

Network B(NETID=2)
Device-2

I want device-4 to collect data from device-1 and device-3 and send collected data to device-2.

is that absolutely true? I know two xbees should have same net id to communicate each other but maybe there is a way i dont know
No there is not. Not without connecting two radios together via the UART and creating a Network Bridge.
