Hello, could you please advice how to change the IP address of PortServer TS16?

The IP Address can be changed via the web interface, see the user guide here: https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90000583/default.htm

As well as command line, see the user guide here: https://ftp1.digi.com/support/documentation/90001535.htm

You can also use Digi Device Discovery: https://ftp1.digi.com/support/utilities/40002256_H.exe
