XBEE PRO-SX module GPIO pin status read

Hi,
Could you please tell me how to read the GPIO pin status (DIO5)?
It seems like we need to use the AT Command IS(immediate Sample), but not able to find the AT Command response for IS, Please provide me the response details?

Also is there any other ways to read this pin status?

Thanks,
Naga.

Yes, you would is IS but the response would be done via API mode. SO of you are doing this on a local module, that local module needs to be in API mode.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. We are seeing a strange problem with Radio Module GPIO pin (DIO5, pin 28), we have connected this pin to 3.3V using 1K pull up resistor, I am using the AT command (IS) to read the status, and I am reading most of the time Logic HIGH but occasionally reading logic LOW. Where as I am reading logic LOW condition (Pin28 connected to GND) OK without any issues. This problem is seen on the Radio modules with REV-G marking only, whereas REV-E marking radio modules works fine and no issues.

Please note that :
1.Radio module is always in active mode (RTS=low),
   2. D5 is configured as DIGITAL INPUT (parameter 3)
   3. We are sending IS command once every second
   4. PR (pull-up/Dn ) enable or disable makes no difference, we have external pull-up resistor.

Please let me know if you have any clues about this issue.

Thanks,
Naga.

Hello,
Please ignore my request here, we found some hardware issue with the pin on our side.

Thanks,
Naga.
