How to configure S6B for peer-to-peer

0 votes
I have searched and searched. I have found piecemeal information.

I am going nuts trying to pass data across a pair of xbee S6.

I can get them to 'connect', but can not get data from one to the other. Using XCTU terminal console for the two units - nother appears on the other.

AI is 0 on both
CH is 1 on both
LM is FF on both

With "active scan" I can see each other and then select them.

Thank you in advance

The XBee S6B WIFI module does not support Peer to peer communications. It does support Point to point, Point to multi-point once the device is associated with either a Router or if using ISB Creator or Soft AP modes.
