Need Help in Cloud Device Connectivity

Hello Everyone, I have question about creating connection about cloud device. My WR-21 is connected through VPN. Is it possible for it to connect to the Device Cloud (server: login.etherios.com)? If yes, Kindly help me out

The WR-21 simply needs connectivity on port 3199 to my.devicecloud.com (the current domain used in the latest firmware of the WR21).

Do not use the login.etherios.com as Digi sold the Etherios brand 6 years ago.

If you have an existing VPN, then you would need to have a route added to your network to access this domain/IP (currently 52.73.23.137). You could also do this via a proxy and Digi have a guide here:
