Hi, is there any example of test performance with MQTT over Xbee/zigbee network ?

No, that is not a protocol that Digi has performed.

Did Digi use MQTT protocol for sensor data integration ?

There are i2c sensors examples but I am not aware of a MQTT over Zigbee example.
