Is latest design Digi XBee modules can communicate with each other?

I have a few Xbee pro 868 modules and need to connect them in a network with the same frequency. As a result, I'll have to purchase new 868 MHz XBee modules. My issue is that Xbee-PRO 868 modules and the latest design Digi XBee modules can communicate with each other. It is very important for my business ( https://www.edenderma.com/ ) So which way is best to communicate with each other?

Yes they can. You just have to configure the XBee 868 SX modules to not use Mesh and to use the proper channels that use the 10% duty cycle.
