Dalva, the issue I had with my Digi was resolved by changing the APN.  Under "Configuration-->Network-->Interfaces-->Mobile-->Mobile Settings" you will see a checkbox option "Use custom APN instead of built-in APN".  I had to check that box and then define a custom APN, which in my case was "so01.vzwstatic".  Please note, the reason I had to define a custom APN was because the Verizon sim card I was using was assigned a static ip address.  If this is the same as your case then the APN you will need to use will depend on your region.  ne01.vzwstatic (NorthEast), nw01.vzwstatic (NorthWest), so01.vzwstatic (South), mw01.vzwstatic (MidWest) or we01.vzwstatic (West).  Once you have the correct APN value assigned and have saved the changes, your device should get assigned the correct static ip address from Verizon's network.  Also, make sure you update the firmware on your device to the latest version if you haven't already done that.
