AnywhereUSB Plus driver and AnywhereUSB Manager are installed together.
The installer is also installing the Bonjour protocol, which is used to broadcast messages to all AnywhereUSB Plus hubs in the local network (UDP port 5353), in order to find and present them in the AnywhereUSB Manager for possible connection.

The installer might fail to install Bonjour, e.g. because already a different verion of Bonjour is installed or the Bonjour driver might not even work at all on your Windows Machine because of other constraints. E.g. you are seeing Bonjour errors in the Windows event log, or is the AnywhereUSB Manager > System messages.
If you can't fix the Bonjour driver in Windows, you might instead fall back to "known hubs":
1) disable the autofind feature in the AnywhereUSB Manager (no Bonjour will be used):
https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90002383/default.htm#device/anywhereusbplus/content/tasks/t_preferences_autofind_hubs.htm
2) add the IP or hostname of the AnywhereUSB Plus hub you want to connect to, to your known hubs list, see:
https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90002383/default.htm#device/anywhereusbplus/content/tasks/t_awusb_manager_configure_known_hubs.htm
When adding known hubs which are in the same local network and leaving autofind enabled, you will run into "duplicate connection problems":
