Symptom:
My modems disconnect on Digi ports when using Lotus Notes.
Cause:
Hardware Flow Control is not enabled.
Incorrect Modem MDM file
Solutions:
Verify that hardware flow control is enabled
Verify that you have selected the correct MDM file for your modem type
