My customer is buying the Rabbit 2000 microprocessor P/N 20-668-0003. They would like to know the temperature specifications of the tray these parts are shipped in.

Atmel states that the trays are JEDEC Low Profile, bake-able trays. They are specified for bake-able environments of 125C-140C.
