When using an Edgeport on a USB 3.0 port, a BSOD \ Blue Screen may occur

The BSOD\Blue Screen may occur when trying to transfer serial data or trying to complete a self test with an Edgeport.

If the Edgeport is connected to a USB 1.1 or 2.0 port, this issue will not occur.

The issue has been resolved in the latest Edgeport driver available on the Digi Support site.

The previous Edgeport driver must be uninstalled and the host computer must be rebooted, then the latest Edgeport driver can be installed.
