- Login to the Web Interface and navigate to Management> Analyser > Settings.
- Change the Maximum packet capture size to 1500 bytes.
- Change the Log size to 180 Kbytes.
- Check the box under DSL PVC Sources for PVC 0.
- Check the box under PPP Interfaces for PPP 3.
- Uncheck all other boxes and click Apply.
- Navigate to the Management > Analyser >Trace, and click Clear Trace to remove any existing data.
- Wait a few minutes for the DSL to try and establish, then click Refresh.
- Copy and paste all of the output into a text file.
