The November 2026 Digi Axess release introduces three new capabilities designed to simplify infrastructure management, connect operational data to AI, and streamline secure remote troubleshooting. Together, these enhancements make it easier for organizations to manage distributed infrastructure from one platform.

The new Digi Axess MCP Server enables customers to connect their own compatible AI assistants and agents to Digi Axess operational data, with customer-defined permissions controlling access. Instead of relying exclusively on custom REST API integrations or manual exports, teams can use AI-assisted workflows to identify sites that generated alarms overnight, review alarm activity, and prepare shift-handoff summaries.

The Unified Administration Experience brings user, group, and device management into a consistent Digi Axess interface. An organizational tree provides visibility into relationships across the environment, while table and card views, filters, and CSV exports simplify navigation and help administrators manage growing deployments.

VPN Link SSH enables engineers to establish secure SSH sessions to remote devices through Digi Axess VPN Link. This streamlines remote diagnostics and reduces the need for separate VPN infrastructure for SSH access, helping teams troubleshoot equipment across geographically dispersed sites.

This live 30-minute webinar will demonstrate all three capabilities, showing what has changed, how each feature supports day-to-day operations, and how customers can begin using them. The session will also provide an opportunity for questions.
