The serial number can be found on a white sticker typically located on the EdgePort device. The serial number will start with an S in parentheses and letters\numbers after the S.
Another method is to use the EdgePort config utility to locate the serial number. The EdgePort config utility is installed with the EdgePort drivers. The serial number is listed next to the model of the EdgePort device in the EdgePort config utility.
