How do I directly access port(s) via http/https On Digi CM/Passport?

The following examples are to access port 1 at 192.168.1.1:

Via SSH:

http://192.168.1.1/ssh.asp?port=1
https://192.168.1.1/ssh.asp?port=1

Via telnet:

http://192.168.1.1/telnet.asp?port=1
https://192.168.1.1/telnet.asp?port=1
